It is the standard policy across all Equeva Group properties that a deposit is required at the time of booking. All ‘walk-in’ bookings are to be paid in-full.
Off-peak, mid-week booking require a minimum $50 deposit, plus credit card surcharge.
Weekend bookings require the first night’s accommodation rate as a deposit, plus credit card surcharge
Last minute bookings, where check-in is less than 48 hours after booking is made, require payment in-full
Peak periods including Festivals, Special / Local events, School Holidays, Public Holidays etc; require the first nights accommodation rate as a deposit, plus credit card surcharge

No Smoking and or burning of candles/incense
NSW State Legislation prohibits smoking in all public enclosed and partially enclosed areas. Persons who smoke in prohibited areas can receive an infringement notice and fine. Smoking is not permitted in any part of an Equeva Group property. This includes Rooms, Public Rooms, Hallways, Staircases, Courtyards and Entry Ways.
All Equeva Group properties have fire and smoke detectors installed in every room, which will be activated and directly notify the NSW Fire & Rescue Authority, if guests smoke in any of the above mentioned areas; attempt to tamper with the alarm; cook in the rooms; shower without using the exhaust fan; burn candles/incense or use spray products. If the fire and smoke alarm is activated due to any of the above reasons, the guest will be issued with an infringement notice and charged a fine by the NSW Fire & Rescue Authority at a minimum of $250.00

Equeva Group is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all guests, visitors of guests, staff and contractors.
As such, any persons who smoke, permit smoking or otherwise cause an odour of smoking, burn candles/incense or cook in the room of an Equeva Group property will be required to leave the premises without eligibility for refund and will also be charged a Special Smoke Elimination and CLeaning fee of at least $200, at or following departure.
Fire and smoke alarms are installed in every room and are highly sensitive. Please take care to avoid the risk of being fined.
Equeva Group is committed to ensuring that all guests and their visitors enjoy their stay with us. As such, we maintain a zero tolerance policy for excessive noise, intoxicated persons and/or room overcrowding. Any guest not adhering to Equeva Groups standard policies will be required to leave immediately with no eligibility for a refund.
